Magdalene House provides an ideal base for visiting the University City of Cambridge, the historic town of Huntingdon (birthplace of Oliver Cromwell), the picturesque riverside town of St Ives and the many tourist attractions throughout East Anglia, including:

and not forgetting Houghton Mill on the River Ouse, just a few minutes stroll from Magdalene House.

There are many pubs and restaurants in the area.  Two of our favourite pubs with restaurants offering excellent meals are The Cock in Hemingford Grey and The Crown in Broughton.  A little further afield (but well worth the journey!) is The Pheasant in Keyston - 2009 winner of Gordon Ramsay's The F Word "Best British Restaurant" and second in the overall competition
